INFUSEmedia is looking for the Remote Client Success Manager Assistant.

Who is the Client Success Manager Assistant?
The Client Success Manager Assistant is a specialist who delivers the best quality products to clients through efficient work with contractors.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 3.30 PM to 12 PM (30 min. break);

Client Success Manager and HR Manager support;

Responsibilities:
working with partners due to deliver the best quality products to clients;
assign tasks to partners;
set deadlines and control deadline adherence;
control of tasks performance;
dealing with questions and troubleshooting within tasks performance;
analyze performance efficiency and provide partners with feedback;
analyze the market and put forward proposals regarding the improvement of existing processes.

Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Management, Human Resources, Marketing or related fields;
Working experience as a Vendor Manager, Project Manager or Coordinator, Sales Manager, Customer Support Manager or related at least 1 year;
At least Upper-Intermediate English;
Computer and Internet literacy;
Native Russian or Ukrainian speakers;
Good business communication skills (writing);

Will be a plus:
Knowledge of other European languages (German, Italian, French);
Related job experience.
