Rewrite existing frontend app into Ember, Backbone, Knockout, Skel, Meteor, Polymer, Aurelia and Vue

Do you have experience with Javascript and Ember, Backbone, Knockout, Skel, Meteor, Polymer, Aurelia or Vue framework? If yes then you are the one we are looking for.
We need someone who will be able to rewrite our existing AngularJS/React.js app (both source codes are available) into each one of those frameworks.You do not have to know all of them, just one is enough.
What we expect:
- excellent Javascript knowledge
- very good skills in one of those frameworks mentioned above
- experience with HTML5/CSS3
- practical knowledge of RESTful web services and JSON
- experience with Git
- very good written English
