• In order to simulate business processes: Bizagi, Draw.io, Axure, soft.package MS Office;
• When implementing system: Some server technologies and OS from Microsoft;
• Software development: Jira, AzureDevOps.

• Installation and setup of anyone software : Offices, drivers, OS, IDE.
• Knowledge network technologies (TCP/IP, VoIP, DHCP, WAN, WLAN, AirMax Cisco, Grandstream, Egecore, Extreme, AirGrid).
• Experience in working with server technologies (AD, GPO, Hyper-V Web, DNS, POP3, Proxy, Zabbix).
